Windows update: revoked certificates.

A new update to Windows Server 2008 is on the air: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2677070

It was released on 10/july, but you should know that the Revoked Certificates List caused some performance problems on SSMS (google for “Check for server certificate revocation” and “SSMS”). It applies to SQLServer 2005 and I tought it was worth mentioning in here.

Firewall admins, please make sure to update your exceptions lists and make the life of your DBAs friends easier 😉
